Andrea is an incredible presenter and coach who brings openness, positivity, humanity, and humor to connect with people.  She is able to make complex topics, like behavior change, both accessible and exciting.  Our alumni liked her first webinar so much that they demanded a sequel!

When I first connected with Andrea, I was immediately impressed by her professionalism.  But more than that, I was intrigued by her ability to connect with people by being engaging and truly listening.  Her expertise in behavior change models and her ability to apply them drew my interest, as the travel industry is full of behavior-led initiatives.  She is a delight to work with and her energy is contagious.

For well over a decade, Andy Spyros has been my go-to person for learning cutting-edge techniques for focus, performance, attitude, and habits. She's naturally wired to see beyond what the rest of us see, and with that talent, she shows you how to get more out of life and work.

As a speaker, she's quick-witted and engaging, and draws her audiences into learning more about themselves and their behaviors.  She asks provocative questions, takes your thinking beyond where it currently sits, and gets people excited to learn.

Andy is a perpetual student, always learning and growing. She brings that excitement of learning to her presentations and can adapt to any level. You can tell she absolutely loves what she teaches.

She's witty, fun, and does all the deep geeky research for you.  Her ability to translate complicated theories into story format is like hearing Miles Davis play, having a masterful knowledge of her craft.

I can't say enough about Andy's unique way of bringing personal growth to the workplace and beyond.

As a University Professor, I was honored to host Andrea in my Strategic Professionalism class as a guest speaker.

While I asked her to speak to students on how best to present themselves and their ideas, Andrea went beyond and connected with students across various meaty topics.

She helped students to understand how to manage stress before, during and after their presentations. Her tips about structure and planning gave students a strong foundation from which to build quality presentations.

Most importantly, Andrea gave my students confidence to sell thoughts, ideas and executions to the best of their abilities. I am looking forward to hosting Andrea again soon.
